I had such a great experience during my tour with Ed! He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend asking for Ed.

Love this gym! It's super clean, has a women's section (really excited for), love the lockers room and the sauna. The daily class is really nice too, and the staff is very kind and helpful!

Had a great experience at the gym. It was very clean. Everything was very organized. The staff was very friendly and professional shout out to Jaime. He was explaining the CrossFit competition they were hosting today and encouraging me to sign up for the next one.

This is a great gym with lots of equipment which allows you to have a Great workout. The front desk including Noah has great customer service and always greet you with a smile. The management team is very nice and helpful and the training staff has great young enthusiastic people working. One negative is I wish they still had daycare. Great place to workout!!!

I really enjoy this location, it's super clean everyone is sooo nice. It's a bit out of the way from where I live but I don't mind because I prefer this location. The staff are great and very helpful. Emiliano at the check-in counter is awesome! You'll be greeted with a smile every morning( if you workout in the am). He's knowledgeable on the products and beyond willing to help you in any way possible. Some days I'm dragging myself in but his bright smile and encouraging words helps out. If your looking for a Trainer, Mike is the man with the master plan. He really knows his stuff!!! He has a heart for training and he aims to make sure your fitness goals are met. He's super chill and great at what he does. So if you need a Trainer, Mike is who you want! You will be in GREAT hands!

I just finished my 2nd Hyrox sim race and I absolutely love this gym and all the staff!! They make me feel so welcome and motivate me. I have been at the gym for about 4 years and recently started to attend the west ave location and by far it is the best one! Come check it out when you can and take advantage of the classes they offer. 🏋️‍♂️💪

Just finished the Hyrox Sim here. It was an exciting experience. Not only did we crush it but the coaches and staff were amazing at encouraging us along the way. I will definitely be back for more.

I was just in San Antonio for a few days and this was the closest Fitness Connection to where I was staying. It was SO NICE! So clean and spacious with tons of equipment. Really enjoyed having the Women’s Workout area. The locker room facilities were also very clean and roomy. Kenneth at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It will make going back to my FC in Arlington really hard. Wish ours was half as nice as this one!
